Publication

This is our publication. It will be printed on recycled ribbed kraft paper 90gsm. The type we will be using is Minion Pro Regular 12pt. It will be A5 and have 51pages in booklet form. The cover will be parchment paper.

Our group: Imprint

I thought our exhibition was a great success. I believe we got our group aim of highlighting poverty across to the public and got useful feedback from some. People really seemed concerned by the high figures of world poverty. I also think the huts gave people a sense of the poor conditions lots of people face everyday. But of course the big aim of the day was to get 200 signatures on our petition. I am pleased to say we achieved our goal!

I had been recording our group making the huts and also taken photographs throughout.  However when i went to place the footage onto my mac it wouldn't work. We then had to go to plan B which was the photographs. James took my photos and brought them into imovie and made the film that way. I actually prefer it this way so it worked out well!

Moving the huts...fun times

We were very lucky to get our huts downstairs. The doorways were very tight and we had to saw some bits of wood off the sides. It took a good hour before get got them into the Lobby but we did it! Thank God James and Gary are good with a hammer :D

Our Petition: Reduce World Poverty by 10% by 2020
